Business Development: Proactively acquire new clients and independently build and expand your own portfolio of customers.
Account Management: Analyze client testing needs and challenges, providing expert consultation on tailored crowd-based testing services.
Client Advisory: Advise B2B clients through various channels (on-site meetings, phone consultations, webcasts, and events) on optimizing the quality of their digital products.
Customer Success: Build trust-based, constructive relationships with clients—from SMBs to international blue-chip companies—through personalized and consultative approaches.
Strategic Contribution: Play an active role in developing and refining strategies and concepts to enhance the sales process and drive continuous improvement.
You Bring
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital services, with a strong track record in the European market.
Deep understanding of the European market, including its culture, business practices, and ethics.
Strong passion for sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and influence others.
Demonstrated success in establishing client relationships, building pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Addtional languages are a plus.
