Web & Graphic Designer (m/f/d)
Your Role
  • You design web interfaces that people enjoy using
  • We entrust you with the creation of our marketing collaterals
  • You design great and good looking brochures, graphics, charts, icons, illustrations, and other visual communication products, e.g. for social media
  • You create the Design and graphical content of new web pages and maintain existing web pages
  • Our visual identity will continuously be improved and you will play a major role in the process from the creative concept to the presentation and implementation of the design
  • While designing you keep our company branding guidelines in mind, collaborate with various design disciplines as part of a cross-functional team to solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency across products
You Bring
  • You have 2-3 years of working experience in graphic design with good expertise in developing the visual language for a B2B brand
  • You have a portfolio preferably on broad and sophisticated web or mobile-based products
  • You are highly proficient in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, color, emphasis and unity
  • You can define UX problems and goals, map user flows, create and test prototypes, and oversee the design to development handover
  • You master your tools of choice for graphic and interactive design (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch), including organizing files for design iteration and web production
  • You have a good understanding of technical feasibility with web technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Being creative is as much part of your working style as thinking conceptually
  • You speak English and/or German on a very good level
